Baked Shrimp With Ziti


½ cup hot water

12 ounces roasted red peppers, drained

8 ounces ziti pasta, uncooked

1 tablespoon olive oil

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

½ pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined. Coarsely chopped

½ pound scallops

4 garlic cloves, freshly minced

1 tablespoon freshly chopped parsley

4 ounces Provolone cheese, grated


Preheat oven to 375*

Lightly spray a casserole dish with nonstick spray

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package

In a blender, combine softened cream cheese, hot water and roasted red peppers.

Blend until smooth and mix well
