2 tablespoons olive oil

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken (thick in size, like chicken breasts)

salt and pepper

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon of butter

3 garlic cloves (chopped)

4 small tomatoes (diced)

2 cups spinach

1 1/2 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (more, if desired)

1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

1/2 teaspoon of salt

1.5 cups heavy cream

1 cup grated parmesan cheese (more for garnish)
