1 medium yellow onion diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 cup 240g salsa (I used corn and black bean salsa)
1 can corn (15.25 oz/432 g), drained
1 cornbread mix 8 oz / 227 g
Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef, onion, bell pepper, cumin and salt until beef is cooked through and onions are translucent.
